Refresh your diet in the spring

This year, EkoJarmark will be full of true delicacies. Original oscypki from Podhale will satisfy the cheese fans, and aromatic, natural honeys and bee pollen will help those who want to take care of their health. Traditional cold meats may become the real stars on Easter tables - these won't be found in any typical shop. Ecological wines from Wielkopolska, winners of multiple prizes, are yet another attraction. What do you say to the wine of red rowan fruit and walnut? Apart from the specialties of Poland, we can also try delicacies from other parts of the world.  Greek halva from the isle of Chios which is made of the finest natural ingredients, and the dry and candied fruit ensure its unique flavor. Such dessert is perfect after the delicious dinner. We can also try Hungarian dumplings, Georgian Khinkali and Azeri wrappers.

When we finish shopping for food and have a full stomach, it is time to start contemplating art: the artists have prepared an interesting offer for those who like craftsmanship. Apart from the famous china from Boleslawiec, you can also find an unusual jewelry, made of precious stones and felt. If you want to help the Easter Bunny in search of a perfect gift, you won’t waste time there. The little ones will surely enjoy handmade stuffed animals in beautiful colors, made of soft materials.
