Browar Stu Mostów is a renovated, historical site of artisan beer brewing. The brewery is opened for sightseeing for those who would like to observe the production process, but it is best to visit it in the afternoon and enjoy really good beer in great atmosphere.
Slow
Browar Stu Mostów promotes getting back to the roots, to the beginning of beer brewing. To beer production with no artificial agents, slow production. Artisan beer, brewed by means of modern technology, is the showpiece of Browar Stu Mostów. This is the beer bards would sing about, and the one we lack in Wroclaw’s pubs. And that is why the brewery has its own pub, where they serve their premium beers. The two experienced Brewmasters who acquired their skills in Poland and abroad are in charge of the production.
WRCLW AND SALAMANDER
These are the names of beer brands offered in B100M. This is what they say about WRCLW: “The name comprises consonants only, and the product comprises only the ingredients which for ages were used to brew beer”. The WRCLW brand’s mission is to increase the taste identity and awareness in Wroclaw’s citizens.
In the WRCLW range we can choose from:
-
WRCLW Żytnie/Roggen - a darker and stronger representative of a classic, top-fermented beer, where rye malt constitutes over a half of a charge.
-
WRCLW Pils - a classic counterpart of a Germen Pilsner, low-fermented beer
SALAMANDER includes 4 beer styles:
-
SALAMANDER Wheat Porter – a unique representative of a top-fermented beer of British descent.
-
SALAMANDER AIPA – brewer’s own interpretation of American AIPA style.
-
SALAMANDER Strong Witbier – classic Belgian top-fermented beer.
-
SALAMANDER Pale Ale – a top-fermented lager, with a hint of caramel malt.
In other words: a little something for everyone!
