Who said that you have to eat out in a restaurant all the time? Summer is here, so why not to try something different? Here is our review on delicious food on wheels!
Nowadays, when we are always in a hurry, having a snack on your way is a perfect alternative to the proper meal at home or at a café. Breakfast? Lunch? Nobody's got time for that! Find out where to find the best food trucks in the city!
Morning cup
How much time do you spend on your morning routine: shower, brushing your teeth, choosing what to put on, and finally putting it on? And how much time is there left for a breakfast or at least the morning coffee? Almost no time at all! Don’t panic - grab coffee on your way!
With the arrival of the summer you can find small mobile cafes. They offer coffee which would help you fight the sleep. One of the most well-known chains is mobiCafé. You can try traditional Espresso and Americano, as well as unique coffee with dark chocolate and chili there. To find them, pass by Plac Nowy Targ and the neighborhood of the University of Wroclaw.
Another place to grab your coffee is SzybkaKawka. They offer delicious Polish donuts along with hot beverages - definitely the thing you should try! You can find them near Wroclaw University of Technology and on the corner of Szewska and Kotlarska Streets in the Old Town.
Hunger Games
If you need something more nutritious than coffee to be active throughout the day, here are some places you can go to if you want to kill your hunger. Pizzeria Happy Little Truck on Slodowa Island is one of them. One of our favorite pizza places + you can enjoy the view of the river, if you have a spare minute to eat there. You can choose from very short menu (only 3 types of pizza). I reccommend to try Blue, but all of them are great.
Apart from the pizza truck, there is also Taho Coffee where you can buy hot and cold beverages.
Love to eat meat? Drop by Pasibus aka Street Art Food near Arkady on Powstancow Slaskich Street (between Swobodna and Nasypowa Streets). You can try a wide variety of amazing burgers with different fillings for a decent price of 14 to 22 zloty there. For spicy lovers I have a challenge - try Red Hot Chili Willy - my favourite there :)
Another place for food lovers is Bratwursty. You can find them between Railways and Bus Station or near Centennial Hall. They serving delicious sausages, cheese, and bread in a panini. Visit this place and you will see that Wurst is not only for Germans :)
Now is the time to discover new tastes - we just demand a good weather!
