It seems like the summer of 2017 will be really special in Wroclaw. Just now you can plan a nice rest at the beach sand, near palm trees, and at the river! Three new beaches are being developed in the city so that Wroclaw citizens could enjoy sunny days out. Do you know what is the place to be when you want to relax with friends?

We really needed more of them in Wroclaw! Up till now, in order to enjoy the summer and sunbath on a nice sundeck, most citizens could visit ZaZooBeeach Bar, the one behind the zoo. City beaches are the real deal, and this year we are about to experience three more places! What in more, one of them probably the largest in Poland. Under the Millenium Bridge, next to Orbita Hall, HotSpot – a huge recreation area available for everybody who want to indulge in the holiday atmosphere – is being developed. The creators claim that size-wise this beach has no competitor. Apart from the section devoted to relax, there will be volleyball pitches, bule, and the scene for the summer concerts. The opening of this place is on 10 June.

Other Wroclaw beaches are also worth visiting. On both river banks, exactly opposite each other, there are the Basen Beach Bar on Pasterska Street and Stara Odra Beach Bar on Zawalna Street. The former is open since 20 May, and the latter at the beginning of June. These are also the places  with subdecks, beach sand, cold beer, good food, and live music. Basen Beach Bar offers one more special attraction… the swimming pool for the guests.

All Wroclaw city beaches are free of charge and open for everybody. Each location can be accessed easily by public transport or on a city bike. You should also expect that the beginning of the season will bring real crowds to the beaches, but do not worry – thanks to that you can feel like in the Baltic Sea resort.
